PROCESS
1. Information Retrieval: Client brings proposal with information of commission and character idea. Please provide a moodboard! This can be presented as a PowerPoint, Word Document (with images) or Pinterest board.

.ᐟ If accepted: Within 1 day of form submission, Elin will send a message back acknowledging the commission and a set price.
2. Confirmation: Elin will send an invoice through Square and work will not begin until it is paid. Please pay within 1 week or the commission will be cancelled (unless further discussed).
3. Commission: During this process, Elin will ask if any changes are needed after each update. Please tell her if anything needs fixing! After each phase, any revisions requested despite client's previous approval will result in an additional fee unless it is something small/a mistake made by Elin.

THUMBNAIL
Elin will provide the client with thumbnails and initial concepts to select from. If none meet their expectations, additional options can be requested (within a reasonable limit).

CLEAN-UP
The chosen concept will be refined into a cleaner sketch for the client's approval. Client is allowed to mix and match certain elements of the different initial thumbnails.

COLORS/RENDER
The commission will move forward with the flats, followed by shading/rendering, and then the final touches.

DELIVERY
With final approval, the finished product will be sent to the client through email, discord or Google Drive Link.
